After more than 30 years managing some of the UK’s finest 4 and 5 star hotels, Tracy has dedicated her career to creating thoughtful, caring experiences for others. In 2025, she followed her passion for dogs and launched LUMAHALO, a calm and welcoming grooming and spa sanctuary in Tadcaster.
After retraining as a professional dog groomer, Tracy combined her skills and love of animals to create a peaceful space where every pup feels relaxed, nurtured, and truly special. Inspired by her Cockapoo, Poppy, she brings the same care and attention once reserved for “Very Important People” to every “Very Important Pup.”
